Hey everybody and welcome back! This time, we’ll be addressing the different kinds of maintenance support KYO Logic provides for FileMaker.

KYO Logic takes full responsibility of the FileMaker server, which means they offer various services to keep the technology up and running. This includes applying patches and upgrades to the operating system, as well as any plug-ins used.

KYO Logic will also review server logs for any signs of trouble, verify that backups are running correctly and make sure that disk space on the server is readily available.
